Feda Adra

Feda is the Chief Executive Officer at ComLink Ltd, and is highly regarded for her innovative and progressive approach to aged and community care. She has over 20 years’ experience in both senior management and executive roles. This experience lead Feda to serve as Chair of both the Queensland and Australian Community Transport Associations, and she was a noted member of the CHSP Advisory Group for two years.

Supported by multiple qualifications, Feda’s vision and foresight has continued to generate strong organisational and financial growth year on year at ComLink. Her achievements are enhanced by her ability to work effectively with both the Board of Directors and the executive team, whilst remaining an active member of the Sunshine Coast community.

Riaz Janif

Riaz Janif is the Chief Financial Officer at ComLink, having joined the organisation in 2014. Riaz’s strategic approach to financial management has seen the organisation achieve excellent results year-on-year since his arrival. He possesses a unique ability to design profitable service models whilst keeping the client are the forefront of decision-making.  Riaz holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Accounting and Management) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. He has 24 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors across Australia and internationally. He brings a mixture of professionalism and fun to his role at ComLink

Riaz is a member Caloundra Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Sunshine Coast Police Community Board.  An active member of both sporting and community associations, Riaz is also the trustee for the local charity, Muslim Organisation of the Sunshine Coast.

Rosie Overfield

Rosie Overfield is the Chief Operating Officer at ComLink Ltd and a passionate community-builder. With nearly twenty years’ experience in a multi-national Fortune 500 company, Rosie knows how to grow services and organisations without sacrificing heart and soul. She has extensive skills in strategic planning, operations, human resources, marketing and leadership. 

Rosie holds a Bachelor of Communication and a Master of Human Resources and Organisational Development. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and has completed the AICD Company Directors course. Bringing the yin to her yang, Rosie is also a registered counsellor, yoga teacher and Mental Health First Aid educator. She regularly speaks at conferences and seminars across the country on topics such as resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership and communication at end-of-life.
